Bet on yourself to lose weight. Reach the goal … split the pot! Dates: January 1, 2023 to January 31, 2023 To begin you’ll put money in the pot. The cost will be $50 to participate and after four weeks, whoever’s lost 4% of their body weight will split the pot.  (Very similar to Diet Bet but NO FEES).   You can pay in cash or Venmo the gym @strengthunited ($50). Use the link to register Weigh-In: A few days before your game begins (Dec. 26 to Dec. 31st), you will need to weigh in with a coach at the gym.  The coach will then submit that weight and the fun begins.  The Game:  You’ve now got 31 days to lose 4% of your weight.
