Open Season Is Upon Us… The CrossFit Open is one of the largest community events of the year, in the world we all know as CrossFit. Every year, hundreds of thousands of athletes from various fitness backgrounds come together as one to compete in the online, worldwide competition. Again this year, the Open will consist of 3 workouts released over the span of 3 weeks, starting with 23.1 which will be released on Thursday 2/16 and ending with 23.3 which will be released on 3/2. Bet on yourself to lose weight. Reach the goal … split the pot! Dates: January 1, 2023 to January 31, 2023 To begin you’ll put money in the pot. The cost will be $50 to participate and after four weeks, whoever’s lost 4% of their body weight will split the pot.  (Very similar to Diet Bet but NO FEES).   You can pay in cash or Venmo the gym @strengthunited ($50).
