At a young age, Tania developed a love of physical activities and being part of a team. She played sports all through middle school and high school, and was a member and captain of the Women’s Track and Field Team at York College of PA, where she got a degree in elementary education. Tania joined Strength United in 2016 at 5 months postpartum and realized quickly how transformative CrossFit can be. She was inspired to get her Level 1 shortly after joining, and received her Level 2 certificate in 2019. Tania continued to do CrossFit throughout three more pregnancies, and is knowledgeable in modifications for both pregnant and postpartum athletes.
