Jana Arentz

Jana has been a part of the CrossFit community for 5 years, and has had the opportunity to coach with Strength United for a year now. Her favorite movements include anything but the assault bike. Just kidding, she loves to squat snatch and do gymnastics movements. Outside of CrossFit she teaches first grade at New Oxford Elementary, and enjoys a good dance move here and there.
