Regardless of your experience, we are able to offer scaling options or modify workouts in a fashion that accommodate your needs while encouraging you to meet your goals. Each class begins with a coach-led warm-up, followed by a skill or strength, and lastly a WOD (workout of the day) which includes conditioning through a variety of movements & skills.There is a daily finisher and core exercises offered daily for those who are looking to put in the extra work! On any given day you may utilize a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, boxes, and jump ropes. In addition, you will work on movements such as weight lifting, gymnastics skills, running, rowing, biking, and more!
